For help with Christmas Morning Ready, contact support@slcontractservices.com. Include your app version, iPhone model and what happened. Please do not send backup passwords or photographs of private receipts unless they are needed and you have removed personal information.
Printing gift labels
From Home, open Shopping, wish lists & organiser, then Labels. Choose Create festive labels PDF. Use the iPhone sharing menu to print or save the PDF. Labels have a discreet wrapping reference, a To line and a blank From line to write on by hand.
Backups and changing phones
Open About and use the backup tools to export a password-protected copy. Save it somewhere you can access on your new phone. Restore replaces the current app library, so keep a backup of any current plans first. Your backup password cannot be recovered by the developer.
Reminders
Allow notifications in iPhone Settings and check your Focus and sound settings. Reminders depend on your device settings. Always follow the food packaging and recipe instructions for safe cooking.
Deleting information
You can remove presents in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data; device backups and files you exported may remain. Delete those separately from the locations where you saved them.

Your information stays on your device
The app stores your gift lists, recipient names and preferences, budgets, food lists, cooking plans, photos and receipts locally on your device. It does not require an account and does not send these plans to servers operated by the publisher. This version includes no advertising or analytics services and no partner account synchronisation.
Permissions you choose
Camera and photo access let you attach pictures and receipts. Notifications provide optional local reminders. Optional device authentication uses the operating system; the app and publisher do not receive your fingerprint or face data. Permissions can be managed in iPhone Settings.
Exports, backups and links
When you share lists, labels or backups, the selected app or service receives that information. Backup exports are password-protected; lists and label PDFs are not. Protect files you share and review your chosen service’s privacy terms. Device backups may also include app data depending on your settings. The app opens optional online searches and website links in your browser. Those websites may collect information under their own policies.
Support correspondence
If you email support, the publisher receives your email address and the information you choose to provide so that your enquiry can be handled. Do not include gift lists or personal photographs unless needed. Contact support to ask about information held in correspondence.
Your choices
You control what you enter, export and delete. Because your plans are stored locally, the publisher cannot access or recover them for you. Exported copies and device backups must be managed separately. This is a planning tool for adults; it does not create accounts for children.
